Orders & Shipping

How can I track my order?

Once your package sets off on its journey, you’ll get an email with a tracking link so you can follow its every move—like a treasure map for your books! If you can’t find the email, check your spam folder or reach out to us and we’ll resend the details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually help you make changes or cancel it—just reach out through our Contact form as soon as possible. Once it’s on its way, we can’t make changes, but you can still start a return after it arrives.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the U.S., but we’re exploring options for international shipping in the future.

What happens if my package gets lost?

If your order seems to have gone on its own unexpected adventure, don’t worry—we’ll help track it down! Contact us through our form with your order number, and we’ll work with the carrier to either locate your package or arrange a replacement when appropriate.

Products & Curriculum

How do I know which level is right for my child?

Each Kingsway Learning book is given a recommend age or grade level, but the right level depends on the student's current skills and reading ability. You can check our level guides and placement tips throughout KingswayLearning.com, or reach out through our Contact form — we’re happy to help you find the perfect fit for your little adventurer!

Can I preview a sample before I buy?

Not just yet! We’re working on adding previews so you can explore each book before making a purchase. In the meantime, feel free to reach out through our Contact form if you have questions about a particular title — we’re happy to help guide your next adventure!

Do you offer digital or printable versions?

At this time, almost all of our resources are physical books and materials. We do offer a few downloadable products, and we’re exploring more digital options in the future.

Are your books faith-based?

Yes! Every book we offer goes through a careful vetting process to ensure it’s accurate, engaging, and aligned with a Biblical worldview. We want every adventure your child takes with our books to be both fun and faith-filled. Visit Our Vetting Process page for more information.

Account & Payment

How do I update my email or account info?

Easy! Just log into your Kingsway Learning account and head to your account settings—there you can update your email, password, and other details anytime. If you need a hand, send us a message through our contact form and we’ll help you get it sorted.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can also pay via Shopify-supported digital wallets like PayPal and Apple Pay.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. Our website is powered by Shopify, which uses industry-leading encryption and security to protect your payment information. We never see or store your full credit card details—your info stays safe from checkout to delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

Will there be a restocking fee?

Yes — returned orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Do you refund shipping costs?

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

What condition does the item need to be in?

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition you received them
  • Unused and unmarked (no writing, highlighting, or damage)
  • Completely intact, in original packaging
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
How do I start a return?

Contact us through the Contact form below. If approved, we’ll send instructions on where and how to send your item. Please note: returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

What if my item is damaged or I received the wrong thing?

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know within 10 days so we can make it right.

Are there any items I can’t return?

Yes. These items are non-returnable:

  • Clearance items
  • Lab kits
  • Digital products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
Can I exchange one product for another?

The quickest way is to return the item (once approved) and place a new order for the one you want.

How long will my refund take?

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, contact us so we can check on it.
